Terms and Condition

Minimum Order

The requirement of minimum quantity of order is 20  pieces (pairs)  per each model or minimum   order of $US 3,000 is required for each purchase order

Delivery Time

Normally, the production time takes around 4-6 weeks after receiving customer’s advance payment through our Bank. Additional , the delivery of special order will be subjected to our final confirmation.

Price

Price based on  FOB (Free on Board) Bangkok, Thailand    
 

Payment

1. Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer ( T/T ) remitted before delivery.
2. Direct Payment ( D/P )
3.Letter of Credit ( L/C ), Inevitable and issued upon our favor.
 

We require 35% of Advance Deposit Payment fromthe total amount of purchase order and also require

customer’s sign confirmation before  starting production. Additional, the balance payment will be forwarded  before the shipment.

Remarks : Production and Shipment Process will be organized after our Bank confirms customer’s payment.

 Shipping and Insurance Charge

The Customer is responsible to insurance and shipping cost which we will arrange those things by charging you at cost. 

Shipping  Method will be managed by Courier Services i.e. FedEx,  UPS, TNT, EMS, Airfreight and Dominated shipping Agency.

Returning Policy

We only accept the defected goods at our side and customer has to inform us within 15 days after receipt of our goods.    Returning goods must be accepted to our side before shipping.
